IMO (I would put IMHO, but I am not humble LOL) The main reason to list/sell a chip at cost and make all the money on the shipping is one of two things. One is to cheat Ebay out of a fair % of the sale. As you probably know Ebay get a % of the sale price and nothing of the shipping. The other reason might be to fool new Ebay buyers. There are many newbies on Ebay and no doubt would jump at the chance to buy a chip/token at cost and not read the shipping costs.
