HOnest and clearly marked absolutely, excessive shipping charges oh yeah, mislabeled at least one I saw. I can buy these chips (or tokens) from the new issue services for less. The chips would also be uncirculated which I do not know if yours are. I can see by the lack of bidding on these auctions that others may feel the same.
