Yeah Fuzzy, the Multi Purpose Cleaner works well on inlay chips but can ruin hot stamped chips by removing the metal foil stamped into the surface of the chip. The Armor All Protectant is another product entirely and will not clean the chip. Some cleaning agents in use before the Multi Purpose was found to work so well usually left the chip with a dried out, bleached appearence but a little baby oil will usually bring back an original appearence.
