There isn't any casino on St. Thomas and never has been. The Atlantis Hotel/Casino is on Paradise Island, Bahamas. But the chips haven't said "Atlantis" for more than 5 years or so. 15 years ago they said "Paradise Island Casino"

If it's from the Bahamas (Atlantis) and 15 years old, it's probably not worth more than $10.
