Webster says, "seldom occuring or found", I think it is about time, we as collectors and dealers begin to challange others when their chips do not meet this definition.

I believe the term rare in our hobby is used too often to describe the ordinary and boost the price of not so rare chips!

Do I sound mad? No, I'm just concerned about the image of a hobby I enjoy and hope others will too if they are not misled.
