You're not listening to my answer. In this particular thread, I am not questioning our actions, I am questioning our motivation. Sometimes people do the "right" thing for the "wrong" reasons. It is my belief that for ALL OF THE REASONS YOU LISTED, removing Saddam from power MAY POSSIBLY be the mroally right thing to do. I do not believe that the U.S. is motivated by any of those reasons. I think we are motviated by "wrong" reasons.
Now you may think motviation doesn't matter, so long as the end result is what you believe is right. That's a perfectly valid philosophy. I truly believe that motivation is relevant to morality.
I don't know how to make it any more clear than that. I truly think I've addressed your issues -- I just don't think you like my answers.
