Bob, I don't think that anyone has positively ID'ed this set to Monaco. For a while, I thought they were from the Casino Elysee Palace in Vichy, France. In 3 of the 4 corners of the square, is a tiny letter, "C", "E", "P". John Benedict, on several occasions, had avered that they are NOT from the Casino Elysee Palace and they have remained unknown.
