By the time I opened the thread much time had passed so I choose not to reply to it. I have seen Heppler's ads for chips and do not find them misleading in any respect, Charles. So I strongly disagree with your posts. Many sellers of new chips use the term "casino quality" and there is nothing wrong with that. I regularly run a check of fantasy chip sales to see if someone is misleading and have found nothing in Heppler's ads that induced me to complain to him.
However, there is a serious apparent problem identified by Jim and others--that is a licensing infraction. would do well to look into that instead of stopping perfectly legal auctions because its robot finds the word "illegal" in the caption.
