I played a few years ago daily for about a week (when I had jury duty and was honoring my responsibility as an upstanding citizen of Ventura County), and I found the place to be extremely friendly. The tables were "dealer's choice" and they even helped me to learn "crazy pineapple".

MUCH friendlier than the Aviation Club

Of course, the nearby Players Club has framed chips around the whole place... much more interesting!!!

And by the way, Travis... Malibu was NOT a friendly place this morning... the Pacific Coast Highway was murder!
