Some guy named Archie Black did the first book. It is sold out.

A second book was released last year by George Davis and Albert Rollins. I think George Davis is listed as the author, but I don't own a copy, so I'm not exactly sure.

I have never heard of any fakes from PR. You might want to be careful with the prices of these chips because many of them have significantly come down in price compared to the book values. Archie has echoed that comment. That is NOT to say ALL PR chips have come down in price, but many were discovered after Archie's book was written.
