I just changed the operating system on an older computer to Windows ME. I reformatted the drive and installed the new OS and programs. Everything works fine EXCEPT the CDROM will ONLY 'see' a CD as a CDA or Music CD, the other CD-RW will work fine. So, the driver must be OK. I recall having this problem years ago and it was a simple 'check this uncheck that' kind of a fix. UNFORTUNATELY, I can't remember what it was ..... any clues?
