Thank you, Andy. I didn't realize that SYSTEM RESTORE is the same. I have Windows Me and I believe it has something called System Restore. I happened to look at Roxio because it was part of my Norton menu and has simple instructions that even the beginner can understand. I had deleted a crucial file along with a program and GoBack saved the day. When I saw that I could go back any time from 5 minutes to days (depending on the last defrag)I felt invincible! Suddenly I could make all kinds of mistakes with confidence, knowing that with Roxio they could be fixed. (lol). Once again, I learned something new here.
