Pete- It's been a while since I reviewed the facts of this one, so correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Weaver arm himself and refuse to be served with a warrant? Didn't his son open fire on Federal agents who were serving a warrant?

If I have facts wrong, maybe I'll re-think my position, but it seems to me government-hating white folks catch a lot more slack in the court of public opinion than others.
