>>The American government has shown links to such activity and is his way of promoting the radical Islamic belief that the West should perish because of our "ways".
The point is that the US has not shown this. They don't even claim this.
>You certainly can not compare the political/religious tone of Israel with countries such as Iraq and Afhganistan.
Why not? Because you tend to relate to one set of religious beliefs more than the other. Clearly Israel is not a religiously run state as Afghanistan was during the rule of the Taliban, but then again Iraq is not a religiously run state such as Afghanistan was either.
>>Israel has never taken a hostile approach to the West or our interests.
Well not while we supply them with aid and assistance. What happens if the west stops aiding Israel? Sure they are our friends as long as we pay them to be.
>>Israel has been a close ally and one I believe we can trust.
Okay we can trust them, in fact maybe we should release Jonathan Pollard convicted of spying on the US for Israel.
>>I realize it may not be the "politically correct" stand, but I love my Country and believe that our form of government is still the best in the world.
I doubt right now that you can claim your position to be politically incorrect. But loving your country doesn't mean believeing that the government is always right. In fact if you love your country I think you are obligated to stand up a point out when something isn't working right even if it means challenging the government. Our country is not our government. Our country is the people and ideals that we share. Government is just our tool. When it breaks fix it.
