I have heard a lot of people on this BB knock Ebay. A lot of what is said is true. Thier fees are high, they dont seem to care much about the small time lister, and it is like an act of congress to speak to a real person who works there. However..... I still believe that it is the best place to buy and sell collectables anywhere, hands down. The exposure your items gets on Ebay has got to be worth more than a few inconviences. And only with real exposure can your items bring full value on the open market. I just finished my first listing of Baseball Cards on Ebay a week ago. The response on my items was overwhelming, bringing far more than I could have imagined and they havent even ended. Many, times more than I could have gotten selling outright. So if you ask me, until others like Jackpot, or Bent Monkey can get the customer support base, I think Im going to stick with Ebay..... even if I cant actually speak with a person there to tell them that.
