Instead of the standard "sign-in" sheet, maybe the RR should start with scans - and a place to initial under the chip by whoever takes it. Then the participants must add a scan of their replacements. This might provide SOME accountability

I suggest we call these SRRR's (SRRR - pronounced "SIR" - but meaning " SCAN REQUIRED ROUND ROBIN ")
