My book of choice is the TRC, however, I use it only for reference and not for its listed values as it has only been on a rare occasion where a lower priced chip sold for anywhere near its lowest value.

I see and even have many obsolete LE's which I buy and sell for face value and even at that, sometimes have a hard time getting rid of.

Remember, think twice about buying LE's as an investment tool unless you're young of age and willing to hold on to them. I buy them strictly because I think many of them are pretty and for my own self-satisfaction, but certainly not with the expectation of making any money on them.

As James says, the money is in the high priced house chips of yore.
