Bob, The unanimous decision of the Board stated:

"Companies whose primary business purpose as it relates to our hobby is the grading and slabbing of chips or tokens shall be considered for dealer tables for the Club's annual convention under the same terms and conditions as all other applicants."

If they were in violation of their contract, they would then be subject to the same treatment as any other dealer who left early and/or be held to the terms of the dealer contract.
