In the 2 contested races, I have given my full support to Wayne Thompson for Vice President and to Sunday Silverman for Membership Officer.

Wayne has been active in the Club in several different roles in the past. He graciously came forward to take over as Convention Chairman and the Club benefited greatly from his stewardship. He has served as banquet Chairman and assisted the Board with other special projects. His service to the Club was recognized when the Board awarded him Honorary Life Member status. He is a man of great character and integrity. He has the business attributes, the organizational skills and the dedication to the Club that will serve this membership well.

Sunday is quick to stand up and volunteer for any assignment. She has given freely of her time in assisting the Building Fund committee. When it became necessary to rework the schedule for the Building Fund table at last year’s convention, Sunday said, “Just let me know when and where you need me and I’ll be there.” She has all the qualities that any organization could ask for in a volunteer and an Officer. She is dedicated to the Club, has the time and the skills to devote to the task of this position.

Please help me support Sunday Silverman for Membership Officer!

I have worked with Belinda Hixon in the past, in connection with the Convention and look forward to serving on the Board with her. She has unselfishly donated her time in many areas of Club and will make an outstanding Secretary.

Mike Quinlivan has already shown that he is a valuable asset to this Club with the outstanding job he has done as interim Treasurer. There is no doubt Mike will continue to be a Club Officer that the membership can be proud of. I look forward to working with him in his first full term as Treasurer.

All of these candidates have the time, the skills and the dedication to the Club to form an outstanding Board of Directors! Their time and efforts will benefit the membership, so please show your support by voting!
