I do not know if David showed the folder to Dean. I could not pick Dean out of a line up. I may have talked to Dean in the Orleans coffee shop at one of the conventions. I showed my collection of brass to guy I overheard talking brass chips. He said he had every brass in may collection except some advertising slugs. So who ever it was he was major brass collector.
Mel has cut me some killer deals on chips and never evidenced any sign greed. If he thought he had THE Pink Harrah`s $2.50 he knows it would be worth alot more than $500. Every $2.50 and brass collector would expect to pay big bucks for that chip. I asked him about that chip a few times. Each time he told me it did not exist.
