Why do you keep calling me Paul? 
If you never make decisions about which person to believe when two people each tell you something different I can't imagine how you get through life.
People make these judgments everyday. I have no problem if you simply say you choose to believe Mel, or that in this circumstance you can't determine who to believe, but to lay out a general rule that says you can't judge between two witnesses accounts is ridiculous.
