I don't know what the penalty could be for harvesting but if you do get caught just say that you were going to cash them out later at the cage. It happens all the time. I was even at a table once where another player just picked up his stack of chips and left. I would have chased him down and bought the chips but I had chips on the table and the ball was spinning.

You will never see anything less than $1 chips at Caesars. If you are going to take a full stack try to get one that no one else has. Otherwise you will have them for a long time. I still have quite a few from Caesars LAST rack and its about time for another new rack.
