It's hard to watch your children grow just as it's hard to watch your club grow... sometimes they/it goes in directions you don't agree with. Ultimately, you have to do what's best for your children/the club.

As a sidenote, with 2,000+ members, 2 years seems like a long time to have an aristocratic leadership.
