Clarified language of Section 5.1 - Credit Card Funding Payments to be consistent with Payments Policy. Updated Section 3 of the Seller Protection Policy and Section 6 of the Premier and Business Account Policy to contain links to the Payments Policy (the previous reference was to a section of the old User Agreement).
