Back in the pre-Chipco days, (not unlike antediluvian ages ) the club had about 500 members, and probably not enough financing to swing a deal like that. Today, we could snap up the Borland colection and archives, without much of a problem.

As for the ad I posted, it includes HS chips as well as the inlaid chips. Basically Bill B could have made one of a kind of every chip he ever made, just by keeping the press hot and changing the blanks.

I still support a conference, debate or whatever you want to call it. PANEL Four "experts" could get together with their information and present much like a scientific conference, with their personal views, evidence and information.

You and Gene, maybe Doug and someone else who not only has these chips, but has background informaton.

The goal would be not to get into a chip by chip, is it or "ain't it" argument, but to bring together information on the HS colors, maybe his methods and variations which might (underlined) MIGHT give some guidelines for recognizing a reproduction/fake chip, from a real chip.

Doesn't the convention have guest speakers and educational forums? This one would be interesting because some things need the chips in person, to study, and live interaction, to get a back and forth discussion.

I always enjoy reading the arguments (I'm talking about logic types with evidence) about dates, production, when the mold was made, when the casino closed...

As for the Capri chips, the fractionals, and twoFors could very well be real, while the matching 50c could be a fake. They all don't get lumped together?
