I have not responded to Carl's "predicament" in years now, but enough is enough!! The simple facts are he bought a chip, DID NOT insure it, and it was lost in the mail. He even stated he got a torn-open bubble mailer, but the chip was gone. The cost was $200 for the chip, and I even offered, and still offer to meet him in the middle and refund $100. He didn't want the money, so that was the end of it for me. This is a constant debate over who is responsible for the mail. I know the postal laws, and my obligation was fullfilled when I mailed it. He even got the damaged packaged, NOT MY FAULT! If meeting someone half-way is wrong, then I guess I am. DEAN
