I will probably get blasted for this, but here goes:

Recently, I have been bidding on a bunch of Dean's auctions and I feel I have won some very nice chips for a good price. I had problems with about 3 chips of the approximately 50 auctions I won from him. All 3 were replaced without hesitation AND he let me keep the original chips at no extra charge. He has been friendly and the bonus chips he includes are a nice addition. I didn't realize he had such a checkered past, but perhaps the experiences he has had with you and other are what have improved his level of customer service. All I know is from my own experience, I am satisfied with my dealings with him.

That being said, please don't leave the Chip Board just because of one person. It's pretty easy to ignore posts from people you don't like. Besides, if it weren't for the Chip Board, you would not have met all the good chippers that you DO like.

Of course that just my opinion, I could be wrong.
