The first five were offered to club members in our club newsletter ( V5 #1 Feb 1992) on a full page, inside back cover ad. for $1 each. El Rancho Vegas, Thunderbird, Silver Slipper, Castaways, The Mint.
Also in the club newsletter ad, an offer to sell "Over 2,000 chips... never been offered for sale before many one of a kind chips." send $5 for a complete list. (maybe someone sent for the list?)
The later ad, below includes more casino names, and was in Casino Player, December 1994. The Casino Player ad also includes Nevada mold chips, three inserts, solid Nevada mold chips (white, blue, green, red, black, yellow, brown, orange, lavendar, pink, grey.) Pie mold chips, $1,000 chips in keychains, necklaces, bolo ties, and money clips. Plus some chips with four 1/8th inserts also $1,000 chips.
Oh by the way, casino style chips with Diamond Mold, which may be a whole different matter.
While the "Starr Warrick" memorial chips are easy enough to identify, the ads in Casino Player shows that unlimited numbers, colors and combinations of the Nevada mold chips could be produced at will.
