Think about the Gold Coast...it's right across the street from the Rio and The Palms...it has okay rooms, great slots & cheap craps & roulette (plus The Cortez Room has a GREAT prime rib dinner on the cheap!). Another nice thing is that they have a shuttle that will take you to & from the Barbary Coast (same corner as Caesars & Bally's) and/or The Orleans. Have fun. Steve B
