that no one cares enough to answer email or this bulletin board about who runs BemtMonkey. It is my opinion that any service I use would be proactive in it's communication and administration. I personally will not use a service where there is a doubt as to the ownership and reliability of the company. I will continue to use EBAY because I know who runs it, I know that they are ethical and care how their customers are supported.
