Here are two that got away with it.I don't know about the Trop but at the FQ's we never heard a word from the NFL.
BJ got a cease & desist from the NFL for a Flamingo in Laughlin just before they delivered the chips. I forget what year that was. No one knows how the NFL found out before the chips were delivered.
BJ & PS both refused to do them after that unless the casino had a signed release from the NFL. I can't believe Chipco made the CC chip without one.
