Pasulson has every right to sell their product. This is America.
However, I agree that something could be put on the chip, that would identify it as a retail sale, home use, funtime, etc.

Any lobbying would have to be done in a SANE manner.

I wonder just how wide spread this fraud is? Are we talking about a few cases, that we can control with email?
