Thanks you for your feedback on the eBay question???? I personally have not had one unhappy or dis-satisfied customer by Emailing a lower bidder after an auction, infact... the people I Email that did not have the winning bid, seem to be excited. I quess its like a second chance at something they wanted and did not get, also it gives me a chance to sell a few chips without the normal eBay costs. I can certainly see where there would be a problem if people were Emailing bidders with chips offers before the actual close of the auction. If eBay was my business or I was holding an auction and someoene was making side offers to one of my potential buyers, I think I'd be a little upset also.
