The person who sold me these chips, assured me he got them from his father (last name "Brancato"). He even showed me a book on the Cleveland Mafia with a picture of his grandfather (last name "Brancato" and an unmistakable resemblance to this person).

He was certain that all of these chips were from the Cleveland area, where his father ran the illegal casinos, and his grandfather was very high up in the Mafia (the book confirmed this fact).
