Hi guys,

Last november I bought 4 Vegas chips from a seller under the id 'pawnworldvegas' who listed on the UK eBay chip section and the total came to $7 p&p.

The chips were (as copied from his invoice to me):

$1 Caesars Palace Casino Chip Las Vegas

ALADDIN LAS VEGAS $1 CASINO CHIP

$1 Monte Carlo Resort & Casino Chip Las Vegas

EXCALIBUR LAS VEGAS $1 CASINO CHIP

I paid him via paypal in the start of December which was confirmed as being accepted by paypal but now he is refusing to acknowledge the deal.

I have emailed him a few times - to start he denied any records of the auction and my address, I finally mailed him the paypal invoice which showed the date of transfer, the auction numbers and my address. He has not replied in 10 days.

What should I do? I don't want to leave negative feed back because the knock on effect of him. Also, I only found out his real name, Gary Wolfe, via the paypal receipt.

I know $7 may be insignificant to you guys but I'm a student and really can't handle a few more hits like that.
