There are 4 casinos running presently in Haiti, and all are in the capital city of Port Au Prince. I believe they are:

The El Rancho Casino
The Royal Casino
The Plaza
The Le Clere

BTW, I just flew over Port Au Prince coming back from Aruba. It is Enormous!! I looked, but wasnt able to pick out the casinos from 35,000 feet.
