I searched this one for someone a while back and came up with nothing. I thought it might have something to do with a bar with a nautical theme here, but I found nothing. As I remember it was dated about the 30's or 40's, right?
By the way, I found out the chip in the scan below is from a day cruise out of Israel. Since they don't have any legal casinos this one operated in international waters. The chips were also used in the Ukraine at another location owned by the same people. This was about three years ago. It no longer sails because the owners are in jail for money laundering.
