For John's benefit I should also point out that the "Dry Heat" set of snappers is part of a series of LE snappers put out by Harrah's that includes their Tenth Anniversary chip. It pre-dates the first "Dry Heat" snapper, but it was an LE limited to 3,000, just like all the Harrah's Laughlin snappers have been. The Blackjack "Dry Heat" is the toughest to find (at the casino!) and the last time I was there both it and the slot machine version were not available at the cage.
I have heard that they intend to eventually have 10 different "Dry Heat" snappers, however, with the release of the $5 version, the plan may have changed.
