As long as you are sure there is no virus on either you could just take the drive out of the old machine and plug it in as the second drive on the new machine. Take about 15-20 minutes to get everything apart and move the drive over. you'll have to change a jumper on the second drive but once that's done you'll have a D: drive and then just copy from D: to C:
