TCR is "The Chip Rack". It is one of the must have reference guides for any serious collector of Casino Chips. It is available via several sources, one which I used is is, C.T. Coins in Lakewood Calif. Tel 562-408-2463. The current edition is the "9th". If you only bought one guide, this should be it.
