I think that you should be able to get air tickets for well under $350 each but lets use that price. That means you are paying $169 per night for the room. One suggestion is to stay at Mandalay Bay. You could take the private tram to Excaliber and walk across the bridge to the Trop. An even beter suggestion is to stay at the trop. For that type of money you could probably get a nice suite. And of course help out the club with the convention reservation.
