Yeah, there was a lot of consternation about a "reverse-merger" with Nasdaq. It was one of those strange deals that we investor's dread.

Still, it seems like a good company to own a few shares in. With all the new casinos popping up in NY, AC and LV, they have to get their chips from somewhere.
