I also had a situation recently where the shipping charges were not listed. It was from a person I had dealt with before so I bid based on passed experience. I seller's email requested shipping charges I considered too high. I questioned the charges but sent the money anyway. The seller responded that the charges were a mistake do to a "cut & paste" error. I expected a refund of the overcharge. No such luck. No refund received with the chips. As a result of this transaction and poor business practices this seller has lost a customer for good. I hope he loses many more customers.
