I would like an answer to a question if anyone knows. Is it OK to Email a bidder after an auction has closed? I personally, have on occation E mailed not the high bidder, but the next high bidder and asked He or She if they would like to purchase a chip like the one they bid on and DID NOT GET. Sometimes my price is more or less than what they bid. So, My question is.... Is this legal or not. If someone knows the answer, I would certainly like to know, so I can or cannot do this.
