For some reason I had 49¢ in mind. The actual cost (not more or less or about) is 60¢ to mail two chips. That would come to 86¢ in my post above including the envelope. So, if you round that off to a $1 then fine. Charging anything over that is just trying to make more money off of shipping charges pure & simple.
