Paul, not to nitpick, but actually you need to pay a 12¢ non-machinable charge. I got yelled at by our local postmistress for that. The 12¢ applies to any bubble mailer.
So we're talking 72¢ and your point still stands, although I don't think it's reasonable to assume that the seller will use a "free" mailer.
Anyway, I'm not trying to belabor the point, I just want to know how people feel about this. I'd hate to cripple one of my auctions by placing too high a shipping charge.
