Any idea why the Poker Palace in Montana isn't listed in TGT?

Would you also happen to know if there was an Embers in Montana? TGT lists 2 in CA and one in NV. This chip is green with the L mold, 3 black inserts and the hot stamp on one side says EMBERS and the other side 50¢.
