What is your favorite Casino and why?

My wife and mine is the Old Hacienda because that is the place we spent our 25th wedding anniversary? While Mandalay Bay is very nice I miss the old Vegas atmosphere and the $4.99 prime rib. What was the name of that coffee shop?
