It's been several years since I first found the $5 chips which were purchased from three different women; two in California and one in Carson City.

One of the California women had no idea where they were from except for thinking they were Nevada because she also had $5 and $25 chips from Las Vegas. The other woman called them "Sierra Club" chips over the phone. The woman in Carson City called them Villa Sierra. She had three examples.

I sold some and consigned some to Mel at the time... about 20 chips, and they sold for $250 each.

Others have surfaced since, but I doubt there is any "proof" of them being made for the Villa Sierra (unless someone knows otherwise).
