I have had the problem with the mylar/cardboard holders sticking to the some pages. It doesn't hurt the chip since nothing is sticking to the chip. However it makes it almost impossible to remove the holder from the page without destroying it. I slide two slot cards between the page and the holder to try to get them apart. I still have not figured out which one is the culprit - the page or the holder.
